When it comes to living in Minnesota, the biggest concern for me is keeping the kids safe during the coldest of winter days. We can’t just avoid this pesky season altogether, and we all know how good fresh air is for everyone. So the key is having the best gear so we can do winter right. When I was a kid, I dreaded winter…mainly because my boots were horrible! They were clunky, heavy, and not very warm. So when I became a mom and the kids wanted to go outside to play, I went on a hunt for a better boot and more enjoyable winter. My search led me to Stonz Winter Boots.

The very first time I held a pair of Stonz winter boots in my hands, I was super impressed. Their boots were so lightweight! Yet, I could immediately tell they were also extremely high quality. These boots are insulated and designed to keep little ones’ feet warm; so kids can get outside and be protected from the weather while having tons of fun.

These snow boots for toddlers and kids have some additional features that are also note-worthy. The grippy soles help my kiddos keep their balance while climbing and playing, even on slippery terrain.

As a mom, I especially appreciate the wide openings for easy on and off. (Because nobody has time to wrestle tight fitting boots on a squirmy toddler!)

I just can’t say enough good things about these boots. They are my number one choice, every single winter. Available in designs and sizes from infant all the way through youth 2; I’m hoping Stonz will one day make them in even bigger sizes!

Stonz Review – Snow Suit

When it comes to infants and toddlers, I detest snow gear separates. Trying to wrangle a little one into snow pants and then a winter jacket is tough. Not to mention, having two separate pieces leaves room for gapping and snow (and cold) sneaking into places it shouldn’t. So my top tip for littles is GET THEM A SNOW SUIT!

The Stonz Snow Suit is actually two products in one! It can be worn as a bunting or a snow suit. The center zip can be utilized to make this snow suit into a bunting sack or a snow suit with legs.

While this snow suit is available in six color options, I couldn’t resist the woodland floral print. It’s SO cute! And I love everything about this piece.

It’s super easy to get on and off as the zipper opens nice and wide. The snow suit is insulated and warm, which is exactly what we need, especially on days like the one I took this photo… It was CHILLY! (There’s actually three layers of tech to keep little ones warm: vegan puffer insulation, soft polar fleece lining and water-resistant fabric keep the cold out and the warmth in.)
