The 4th Of July, in my opinion, is one of those holidays where people wear everything and anything that glows! That is why when I discovered PatPat has a clothing line that lights up, I knew I needed to check it out for this special patriotic holiday.

PatPat Go Glow Dress Review

This dress is so fun and gorgeous. When I took it out of the box to show my daughter, Olivia, she was excited before I even told her that it lit up! The glitter touch, to an already extravagant dress, had my little girl over the moon to put it on.

On the inside of the dress, there is a pocket for the battery to sit in. The battery is super lightweight and small and while my daughter was wearing the dress, she didn’t even notice it. I appreciate how the battery pack has a simple button that is accessible and easy enough for my little girl to turn the lights on and off by herself.

The lights on the dress are bright and even change color! The underskirt is made of a smooth, thick, polyester material that will not irritate your child’s skin. My family goes camping every year for the 4th and this dress is the perfect thing for her to wear. She will definitely be and feel like the ‘belle of the ball’!

Washing Instruction

Moms everywhere will appreciate that this dress is MACHINE WASHABLE! Just turn the dress inside out to wash and then tumble dry on low (<140℉) in the dryer. Do not iron, bleach, or dry clean. Remove the controller before washing. NOTE: It is recommended that you wash separately from other clothing.

Lighting 

The lights are embedded within the clothing material. The light sources are waterproof, safe for washing, and do not come into direct contact with the skin. This specific dress offers 7 different light colors and 13 different lighting modes.

Overall Thoughts

This dress is just so fun for summer nights and you’ll definitely be able to spot your child from afar. The quality of this dress is fantastic and has exceeded my expectations.
