Holly here – As a mother of a 5-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son, I’ve heard many say they are waiting for their kids to be older before going to Disney World. One of their main points was that it was too expensive for their children to not remember the trip. While understanding their point, I never quite agreed with this. I am all about living in the now. Even though our children may not remember this Disney trip, my husband and I get to keep those memories in our hearts as they grow older. They say children grow up too fast, which is painfully true, so I want to make these memories unforgettable for me. Also, since deciding to go to Disney, my husband has said he is not sure who is more excited to go, his wife or his kids! I can’t disagree with him! The magic of Disney is felt at any age.
