Do you ever feel like life is swallowing you whole? I’m busy, you’re busy, we all know everyone is busy. Well, just a week ago, our 11 year old son asked me when his (and his older brother’s) birthday party was happening. –Oh crap.– I hadn’t even thought about it yet. So I scrambled to the calendar and because of farm work, commitments, plus a bunch of grad parties (We have a slew of them this year!); there were just two options. And so there we were, six days out from what was going to be their birthday party day!

So Much To Do, So Little Time

First up, we made up the guest list. Because we were on such a tight timeline this year, we stuck with grandparents, godparents, a couple friends who are WAY more like family than some of my family, and a couple super close cousins.
