Last year we moved to a house that is just down the street from Target. Literally, I can be at Target in under 5 minutes. This has been both good and bad for us. Grabbing a gallon of milk is quick and easy, but we all know you can walk into Target for a gallon of milk and leave with JUST a gallon of milk! Now that I’m in my second trimester, I find myself meandering the baby aisles most times and today I wanted to make sure you are aware of the Target baby boy clothes you can NOT miss if you’re currently pregnant with a little boy (or know someone who is). Many of the items I’m going to show you are exclusive to Target!
Cloud Island
If you haven’t discovered Target’s exclusive brand, Cloud Island yet, you MUST! I first stumbled upon this brand this past summer. The styles are modern and chic yet the prices are SO affordable! I’m talking a 3-pack of sleepers for just $12.99 (regular price). And, while I’m specifically talking about baby boy clothes in this post, you’ll want to check out the full lineup from Cloud Island because they have everything from clothes, to swaddle blankets, to crib sheets and other great items for baby!
The Target baby boy clothes available from Cloud Island are at the top of my lists of favorites! I’ve been adding them to my personal Target Baby Registry like crazy! Even better, I noticed that many of the items from Cloud Island are on sale this week!
Target Baby Boy Clothes I’m Loving
Target Baby Boy Sleepers
As I’ve had more babies, sleepers have become my number one must-have piece of baby clothing. Not only do you need sleepers for nighttime, they are also great for daytime too. Frankly, if we aren’t going anywhere, most days my newborns stay in a sleeper all day long (or a onesie if it’s warmer in our house). Sometimes even if we are going somewhere (like the grocery store) they still stay in a sleeper during those first few weeks.
Right now, Target has some absolutely adorable baby boy sleepers! Check these out:
This first group of sleepers are from Cloud Island. From left to right you have the Baby Boys’ 3pk Sleep N’ Play Set Cloud Island™ – Navy/Gray set, the Baby Boys’ 3pk Sleep N’ Play Set Cloud Island™ – Navy/Gray set, and the Baby Boys’ 3pk Sleep N’ Play Set Cloud Island™ – White/Aqua set, and the Baby 3pk Sleep N’ Play Set Cloud Island™ – Black/White set.
My favorites are that arrow sleeper in the first group and the mountain sleeper in the third group, but honestly, I love every single one of these!
I’m also loving these sleepers from Burt’s Bees baby!
From left to right they are the Burt’s Bees Baby Boys’ Organic Cotton Sherriff’s Star Footed Sleeper – Blue, the Burt’s Bees Baby Boys’ Organic Cotton Distressed Camo Footed Sleeper – Blue, and the Burt’s Bees Baby Boys’ Organic Cotton Tri-Color Stripe Footed Sleeper – Gray/White/Yellow.
Another brand I love for cute baby boy clothes at Target is Just One You Made by Carters.
I’m loving these sleepers from them right now (from left to right): Baby Boys’ Dog Pocket Striped Sleep N’ Play – Silver, the Baby Boys’ Cotton Striped Fox Sleep N’ Play – Blue, and the Baby Boys’ Cotton Rhinos Sleep N’ Play – Navy.
Target Baby Boy Onesies & Matching Pants
Onesies are another item that my babies tend to wear pretty often! In the wintertime, I often put them underneath sleepers so they stay warm at night. In the summertime, it’s not uncommon to see my baby hanging around at home in just a onesie. Sometimes if the air conditioner is on, I’ll also put a pair of matching cotton pants or shorts on them to keep them warm. I’ve been searching for a few new onesies and matching pants sets for our baby due in May, and I’ve found some adorable ones available right now at Target!
Once again, some of the cutest onesies and pants sets come from the Cloud Island lineup at Target. I already got a set of onesies and pants for our newborn from one of the newest Cloud Island lineups. I’m really impressed with the quality of the fabric used for these and believe they will hold up well to multiple washings! Here are some of my favorites:
First, the Cloud Island Baby 4pk Short Sleeve Bodysuits in White/Heather paired with the Cloud Island Baby 3pk Pants – Gray/Yellow.
I also really like these Cloud Island Baby Boys’ 4pk Short Sleeve Bodysuits in Blue paired with the Baby Boys’ 3pk Star/Stripe/Solid Pants.
Lastly, I love these Cloud Island Baby Boys’ 4pk Short Sleeve Bodysuits in Blue/Green paired with the Cloud Island Baby Boys’ 3pk Pants in Blue/Green.
Target Baby Boy Outfits
Although my babies do wear a lot of sleepers, onesies, and pants, I love having a few adorable outfits on hand for trips to church or other occasions. I found some absolutely adorable baby boy outfits at Target. This first outfits I found are great for visits to church!
From left to right you’re looking at the Cat & Jack Baby Boys’ 3pc Short Sleeve Button Down Shirt, Bow Tie, and Suspenders – Green, the Cat & Jack Baby Boys’ Woven Long Sleeve Button Down Collared Shirt and Pants with Suspenders Set – Blue/Tan, and the Just One You Made by Carter’s Baby Boys’ 2pc Elephant Shortall Set – Blue Stripe.
Are you looking for outfits that are a little more casual? Target has some super cute outfits that are great for around the house, a trip to the grocery store or grandma’s house!

I love Cloud Island, too. I'm a member of Targets new product review community and they sent me a super soft cloud blanket and it's amazing.

I am glad there are many more options available for baby boys than it was years ago. I think it's fun shopping for boys. Athough my 3 grandsons are older, they love shopping for clothes.
