Why Memes?

My husband and I have now been married for over 13 years, but we’ve been together for 16 and now have 5 children. People often ask how we keep the spark in our marriage after 13 years together. “Don’t you ever feel like the spark disappears over time?”, is something I’ve heard several times.

While that may be the nature of relationships, it only happens if you let it! If you want to keep your relationship spark lit, you need to flirt like you did when you first fell in love.

Several years ago, I shared on the blog that I like to send flirty memes to him to help keep my husband thinking of me and remind him that I’m thinking of him. It’s quick and easy but effective.

Flirting is one of the more essential pieces of the puzzle in keeping the spark in your marriage, yet it’s really easy to forget. It absolutely is the small things that make the biggest difference in a long-running relationship.

My Collection of Memes to Send to Your Husband or Wife

Over the years I’ve collected quite a few flirty memes and I add more every day. I thought it might be helpful to share my updated collection with those of you who wish to also show your husband or wife some love during the day.

I created my own template that I use to create and send my memes since many of the ones I find online are really low-resolution. Please feel free to download or print these! I’ve included a blank one so you can create your own custom flirty notes for your husband or wife and slip it to them as they head out the door to work. I hope you (and your spouse!) enjoy these!
