We are all cooking from home a whole lot more right now. If you’re anything like me, you probably are getting tired of your usuals and looking for some new meals to try. I’ve compiled a list of the main course recipes on Thrifty Nifty Mommy. These are tried and true family favorites that my family, Miranda’s family and/or Jennifer’s family love. We hope you enjoy them too!
If you’re looking for a great dinner recipe that includes ground beef, I’ve got one that everyone seems to love. This creamy, cheesy casserole combines enough spice and flavor to please every palate. Definitely a crowd pleaser that works well for a family supper or even a potluck.
These copycat Applebees Chicken Fajita Roll-Ups are amazing! They taste just like what you'll get at the restaurant, in my opinion, even a little BETTER! These are a family favorite that we love to eat!
This delicious pasta recipe is a comfort food you'll love! The creamy texture along with all the flavors inside really make it pop. Loved by children and adults alike, this will become a family favorite!
This delicious recipe for old fashioned Salmon Patties (or salmon cakes if you're from my area) is easy to make and a great way to encourage kids to eat seafood. They are fried, crispy, and oh so good! These are the best salmon patties I've ever tried!
This delicious recipe for Southern Meatballs and Gravy goes perfect with a side of white or brown rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles. It's a staple in our home and a delicious and quick weeknight meal your family is going to love!
The Creamy Beef And Shells Pasta Recipe looks really good.

I think I might try a few of these to make ahead freeze for my neighbors! Their little girl is going in for surgery soon and I want to make them a few meals that will be easy to pop in the oven or just reheat. I think the Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup Recipe might be a good one that would be kid friendly too.
