Ease Sore Throats with Organic, Non-GMO Lolleez

This is a sponsored post on behalf of Lolleez, however, all opinions are my own.

It’s almost May so thankfully that means cold and flu season is finally over right?! Ugh, WRONG.

My kids woke up on Monday with the sniffles. We’ve been dealing with coughs, runny noses, and sore throats ever since. Tuesday night my daughter was nice enough to climb into bed next to me and cough in my face. Needless to say, now I have found myself with a sore throat from my sinuses draining as well.

It just so happened that last week I receive a shipment of Lolleez. At the time I figured it would be a while before we’d have the use for them, but it ended up being perfect timing.

Lolleez

What are Lolleez? Well, I’m glad you asked! Keep reading to find out!

When it came to sore throats, mom of four and health coach, Melissa Evans couldn’t find anything to “eez” her kids’ throats or her mind. Thus, the idea for Lolleez was born. Lolleez are organic, worry-free, throat soothing lollipops for kids, that offer a simple solution to a simple problem.

What makes Lolleez different?

Lolleez are made from USDA Certified Organic ingredients and ingredients you can pronounce and understand, like natural fruit pectin and organic honey. They are also Non-GMO as well as gluten, dairy and nut free. The fruit pectin and honey are ingredients that help to soothe sore throats, naturally!

Lolleez are also flat and on a stick versus a round ball, which is a potential choking hazard. I’m not sure who decided the round balls were a good idea for a child’s lollipop, but they have always made me nervous!

How Do Lolleez Taste?

After surveying hundreds of kids, Lolleez founders determined that traditional flavors like cherry and grape have a negative association that is tied to medicines. Therefore, Lolleez comes in three delicious kid (and adult) friendly flavors: Watermelon, Strawberry and Orange Mango.

We received a variety pack to try out (15 Lolleez total, 5 of each flavor). My kids, who initially woke up on the wrong side of the bed, thanks to their colds, perked right up when I pulled this bag of Lolleez out of the closet and told them they could each pick one. Gideon chose the Orange Mango flavor, Zellene picked Strawberry, and Jacob and Maggie chose Watermelon.

The all said that the lolipops did make their throats feel better. They said they weren’t as sweet as other lolipops (thank you Lolleez!) but that they still liked them a lot. And, within minutes, they’d finished their Lolleez pops and were off to play.

Do Lolleez Really Soothe Sore Throats?

After having all 4 children try these AND trying them myself, I can definitely say yes, they certainly do help to soothe sore throats. I also felt like they tamed my kids’ coughs for a while. Plus, the excitement of getting a lollipop was a definite morale booster all around!

I do want to point out that Lolleez are recommended for children ages 3 and up. Gideon is only 2, but I supervised him and he seemed to do just fine, however, use discretion with younger children.

Whether due to a virus, common cold, or allergies, Lolleez is a great asset to have on hand for soothing sore throats!

I love Lolleez! I felt comfortable giving these to my kids and they helped too. Only problem my kids would want to eat these like candy and fake cough for another😊
