These days, with Amazon Prime and online shopping, it seems like everyone is getting frequent deliveries.  Honestly, it’s not strange to see a FedEx and UPS truck both in our yard at the same time even.  We live a good 35 minutes from “the city” so it’s more convenient to have things shipped.  Since most stores offer free shipping with fairly small orders and the fact that I usually travel with my own small army, I order things by mail to save my sanity!  But I have run into a few issues with my packages…perhaps some will sound familiar to you.

We live in Minnesota.  That means that a good portion of our year is Winter.  And while some years feature more snow than others, those white flurries and accumulated snowfall are always a guarantee.  So when that happens, I’ll find my packages plopped in a snowbank or covered with freshly fallen snow.  While sometimes it doesn’t bother, there are some packages that need protecting.
