It’s a delicious dip loaded with Kretschmar cheese and ham! The best part is that it’s super easy to make.

With game day right around the corner, I think this Ham and Cheese Hot Spinach Dip Recipe is a great snack option. Football season can be stressful, but also exciting and fun. Ham and Cheese Hot Spinach Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 16 ounces Kretschmar cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sour cream (or mayo)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (or about 3 garlic cloves)
- 4 tablespoons minced onions
- 1 1/2 cups diced Kretschmar ham
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- Optional: 1 1/2 cups salsa
Directions
- Prep cheddar cheese by dicing into smaller pieces if desired.
- Dice ham into bite sized portions.
- Peel and mince garlic cloves.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sized crockpot. (If you don’t want to include salsa, just skip that ingredient.) Stir well.
5. Let cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve once hot and bubbly.
7. Enjoy!

I absolutely love spinach and cheese. Love to cook in my crockpot. This was a must write down and add to my recipe box to give a try. Actually can't wait. I might run out and get the ingredients in the next day or two and make it up for this weekend. :) Thanks for sharing.
