I know what you’re all thinking…..pizza is pizza, right?!? Well, it turns out, that’s wrong! This homemade Garlic Ranch Pizza recipe will knock your socks off! First off, you need the perfect base. A soft, chewy, and delicious crust that is unbeatable. Thankfully, this Easy Homemade Pizza Dough Recipe turns out absolutely delicious every time!
Moms In A Pinch
Once you’ve made the perfect pizza crust, it’s time for the toppings. Over at my pizza crust recipe post, you’ll read about how it all came about. So I have to admit that this AMAZING Garlic Ranch Pizza is not my original idea. It actually came from another mom at the co-op. She didn’t want plain sausage or pepperoni pizza so she grabbed some spices out of the church cupboard and whipped up a little something special instead. It was the first time she did this and it turned out great!
Homemade Garlic Ranch Pizza Recipe
Truly a crowd pleaser, it’s so simple you’ll think “why didn’t I think of that”?! And when I’ve served this pizza to guests, they can’t quite put their finger on the combination that equals this awesomeness.
The Secret Is In The Sauce!
Seriously! Instead of using pizza sauce, I substitute ranch dressing! So simple and, yet, the taste is amazing. Of course, the mixture of cheese and seasoning makes this pizza a home run but I tell you….. the SAUCE makes the difference.
Start the base for this pizza with my Easy Homemade Pizza Dough Recipe.
Spread an adequate (not too thick and not too thin) layer of ranch dressing over the crust.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
Give a solid layer of shredded mozzarella next.
Finally, sprinkle garlic salt and Italian seasoning over the top.
Bake until the crust is done and the cheese is slightly browning.
Enjoy!

***On days where I just don’t have time to make my own crust from scratch, I will turn to the quick bagged crust. The Garlic Ranch Pizza still does taste good this way, but it’s always worth the extra effort for the homemade crust, if you have time!
This unexpected combination truly delivers a variety of flavors that get rave reviews. Our 5-year-old son, Sam, especially can’t get enough of this “White Pizza”. It became a quick favorite and I make it almost weekly. I’ve often thought about adding some chicken but it’s just so good as it that I haven’t done that yet.
I hope your family enjoys!
