We are only half way through winter here in Minnesota and it’s time for a Winter Getaway! Since we farm, we tend to do more stay-cations than anything. Sometimes they are just day trips so we only need one night milking off and sometimes overnights. But lucky for us, our previous hired man that is at college came home for Christmas break. Not only that…. he called and asked if he could come back to work for us for 3 weeks! Ummmmmmm, YES PLEASE! And so, we found ourselves preparing for an exciting adventure.
