Have you jumped on the stroller wagon train yet? Almost everywhere you go these days, you’ll probably come across a family utilizing a stroller wagon as opposed to a regular stroller. Whether you’re new to the concept of stroller wagons or just want to learn if the Gladly Family Anthem4 is for you, this post has all the info.

Gladly Family has a couple options to choose from but today, we’re going to focus on their Anthem4. (If there’s interest, perhaps we can do a comparison post in the future between the Anthem2 and Anthem4.)

The Anthem4 is the 4-Seater version of Gladly Family’s All-Terrain Wagon Stroller. It looks amazingly stylish but is definitely a workhorse, all-terrain option with its rugged wheels and sturdy frame.

Features Of The Anthem4

While some of the cheaper wagons come ‘bare bones’, the Anthem4 is LOADED with everything you could want! Features of this wagon include:

• Maneuverability: I truly appreciate how easy this wagon is to push and pull.
• All Terrain Design: The all-terrain tires and a sturdy suspension system make for easy going over a variety of turf. We live on a gravel road and I especially appreciate how easily it is to pull on our walks down to the creek.
• Large Canopies: My favorite feature of any stroller or stroller wagon is when they have a LARGE canopy and the Anthem4 does not disappoint! These canopies are generous in size and actually offer some real coverage! Plus, they feature breathable mesh inserts to help with airflow.

• All Weather Protection: Did I mention these canopies zip together?! This comes in especially handy during unexpected inclement weather.
• Roomy Interior For Up To 4: The inside of the Anthem4 wagon stroller is spacious and can accommodate up to four kiddos! Each seat is designed for two children, and up to 50 pounds per passenger.

• Stow Away Mattress For Flat Lay: This is such a great feature! There’s a stowaway interior mattress underneath the wagon that just slides out for when you need it. Once installed, it creates a completely flat space for your child/children to sit or lay and also works well if you’re just hauling something.
• Flip Flop Friendly Brake: There’s nothing worse than being out in the summer and having to practically wear steel toed footwear to run the brake on your stroller. This stroller wagon is designed to be flip flop friendly and works with ease.

• Easy Fold: The fold on the Anthem4 is fairly easy to do and takes just seconds. Once folded, this wagon stroller can be stored standing or flat.
• Safety Harnesses: Each seat features a 3-point safety harness so kids can be buckled in and stay safe for the ride. (NOTE: You may find a 5-point harness necessary for younger children.)

• Parent Storage: I LOVE the parent cup holder and parent storage bin that are BOTH INCLUDED for the price. The bin is perfect for my keys and money when out and about.

• Interior Storage: Inside the Anthem4, you’ll find four mesh pockets as well as 4 cup holders for the kids.
• Removable Storage Basket: Another really awesome feature that’s INCLUDED is the removable storage basket that attaches to the back of the stroller wagon. This offers so much more storage space than other stroller wagons I’ve seen.

• High Quality Frame: The welded aluminum frame holds up to 250 pounds total!

I also have the Insulated Cooler Bag as well as the Protective Bug Net, both which are great additions to the Anthem4.

The cooler bag is designed to fit up to 12 cans plus have a bit of extra room for yogurt pouches and snacks. It’s designed to fit neatly into the Anthem2 and Anthem4 storage basket. I love how sleek it is and the fact that it’s specifically designed to slide easily into the included storage basket.

The mosquito net is a must have if you live anywhere bugs can be a problem. It’s light, easy to use, and comes with its very own carry bag that tucks away in the wagon when not in use.

Other available accessories include an infant carseat adapter, premium quilted seat covers, and replacement parts for the baskets, cup holders, and storage bin.

Our Final Thoughts On The Anthem4

I got this wagon after winter hit here in Minnesota so we haven’t been able to use it a lot yet. However, for the times we have, it’s been a dream. It pushes and pulls so easily, even with a full load.

The space is also A*M*A*Z*I*N*G! There is just so much room! It may be overkill for our sweet Ruby so I might have to check out the Anthem2 in the future but the Anthem4 would be perfect for families with multiple young children as well as families who have friends and cousins around often. It would also be a dream for daycare providers. The space would also be nice for families with medical needs where the child has medical equipment to tote around. Since the canopies are so large, they can really provide a safe, quiet space for a child who has sensory issues too.

I truly appreciate how Gladly Family has designed their wagons to come with the basics and not require them to be purchased separately. To me, cup holders, canopies, and parent storage are a MUST and should be standard but, unfortunately, not all companies include them.

The only complaints I have are the push handle is a bit high for a shorty like me and I’d love to see the seats designed with a 5-point harness as opposed to the current 3-point harness.
