Gabb Wireless Review + Discount Code

In my last post, I introduced you to Gabb Wireless, the safe phone for kids and shared a variety of information on the dangers typical cell phones can have.  Even though my husband and I have been considering purchasing a phone for our teens for over a year now, we kept holding off.  Then we discovered Gabb Wireless and it was everything we’d been looking for!  This phone is a great choice for kids as they need independence but parents need the peace of mind that comes with knowing their kids are safe.

As mentioned in my last post, Gabb Wireless phones are a great choice because they do NOT have:

• internet
• gaming
• social media
• online scrolling

Because your Gabb phone won’t have internet, gaming, or social media; you’ll find your child will not be glued to their phone as there is no mindless scrolling or addiction.  Without these typical draws, there’s just no reason to be staring at the screen unless you’re sending a message or making a call.

BUT, don’t get me wrong, Gabb IS also appealing to kids because it DOES offer some essentials they love including:

Less electronics usually = a better attitude and definitely more imagination in action.

My Gabb Wireless Review

So now that you’ve got all the basic information in my last post, I’m ready to tell you about our initial experience!  As time goes on, I’ll continue to update you with how it’s going.  For now, we’ve had the Z2 phone for a couple of weeks and these are our current thoughts.

1)  The Kids Love The Way It Looks

As mentioned above, the Gabb Wireless Z2 Phone LOOKS like a smart phone.  This is smart designing as my kids are happy to have the Z2 as it makes them feel more up-to-date.

2)  Easy To Use

We have found the Z2 phone extremely user friendly.  (Honestly, it would also make a fantastic phone option for grandparents as well as anyone who just doesn’t want all the ‘junk’ on their phones.)  Because there are only the basic apps included, everything is easy to find and extremely accessible.

3)  Coverage

So far, everywhere we’ve gone with our Gabb phone has had adequate coverage.  We have a friend who has a well-known popular phone service and his phone rarely works at our home.  Yet, we’ve found our Gabb Z2 to work perfectly here.  As you can see from the map above, Gabb has great coverage throughout most of the United States!  You can head over here to enter your zip code and check coverage for your exact area.

4) Great Phone For Texting Friends

When I asked my kids what their favorite part of their Gabb Phone was, they said ‘being able to text friends’.  Previously, they would have to borrow my husband’s or my phone to get in touch with a friend.  Now they have their own phone and number that allows them a little freedom to keep in contact with their buddies.

Overall, we have been very happy with Gabb Wireless so far and I highly suggest checking them out if you’re on the hunt for a safe phone for kids (or adults)!
