Simple Slow Cooker Mexican Chicken Recipe

  • 2½ Pound Bag Of Frozen Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Jar Of Salsa
  • 10 Flour Tortilla Shells
  • ½ tsp. of each: Seasoning Salt, Garlic Salt, Onion Salt, Pepper, and Taco OR Mexican Seasoning
  • Block Of Cream Cheese
  • 1 Bag Of Frozen Corn (optional)
  • Fixings: Lettuce, Tomatoes, Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream, etc.
  1. Place the frozen chicken, jar of salsa, and all 5 seasonings into the slow cooker.
  2. Top the cooker with a cover.
  3. Cook on high for 4 hours.
  4. Shred chicken in slow cooker. (TIP: Using a scissors to "shred" works great!)
  5. Add block of cream cheese and corn.
  6. Return the cover and cook on high for another 30 to 60 minutes.
  7. Serve with tortilla shells and fixings.
