DIY: How To Create A Custom Farmhouse Gallery Wall With Printique (+ Giveaway)

I want to be… but oftentimes my best laid intentions tend to go undone. In the past, I did manage to create a beautiful wreath for my front door. Over the past three years, we renovated our entire farmhouse as well as put on an addition. With these changes, I did take on some DIY projects. First, we put up shiplap in a few different areas and I LOVED how that turned out. Then, I did a photo ‘ledge’ wall in our living room. But today, I’m going to share my custom photo wall in our entry way that I partnered with Printique to create!

Step 1: Choose Your Wall

This is also the time where can find ideas on ‘extras’ you want to tie into the wall. This can be a combination of signs, mirrors, wall decor letter (for your last name), etc. But choosing a template that you love to mimic will help a newbie DIYer a LOT!

Keep in mind that you don’t have to include extras on your wall. If you prefer the look of canvas prints only, that is perfectly fine! The beauty of designing your very own custom farmhouse gallery wall is that YOU get to create exactly what you love!

Step 4: Select Which Photos You’d Like To Display

Now it’s time to decide/finalize what photos and size of canvases you are wanting to display. It can be quite helpful to actually get those ordered and on hand right now but that can also wait until after your next step if you haven’t completely settled on the quantity of prints or which ones yet.

Scour the shelves for their sale items (if you want to save some money) and select a variety of accessory pieces that will help bring your wall to life.

I went with several options including: a W for our last name, a metal arrow, ‘family is forever’ wooden sign, metal butterfly, and a metal ‘home’ word sign. Some were because they fit my Pinterest inspiration and some because they were on clearance.
