In my effort to bring art back into our days more often, I got the Deluxe Learn ‘N Play Art Center Easel from Little Partners. The biggest reason I had let go of art play over the years was because I just didn’t like the mess. Having a dedicated safe space to explore and play with messy types of art is making it easier for us to reincorporate these fun activities.

Assembly

First off, assembly was a bit harder on this one than my husband likes. It wasn’t necessarily difficult, just a little time consuming and took some muscle to get those screws in place. So just know that you’ll want to dedicate at least 30-60 minutes to put this easel together. Don’t worry, the results are worth the effort!

The Easel

Once assembly was out of the way, I immediately fell in love with this art center easel. It’s absolutely beautiful! The quality is immediately evident and it just fits so seamlessly into our space.

This 3-in-1 art easel features a two-sided design with both a chalkboard and magnetic whiteboard. This makes it ideal for art projects as well as practicing writing skills and number learning.

The refillable paper roll is also a great feature. (It comes with one roll and you can buy 3 pack replacements on Little Partners’ website.) Just roll down, clip on, and get creative. Tear off when finished and repeat as desired. Of course, you can always just clip on your own paper too! The whiteboard side is also magnetic!

A cleverly designed storage tray under the drawing surface (on both sides!) is the perfect storage place for additional creative supplies. The whiteboard side also comes with four paint cups that fit snugly into the pre-cut holes.

The lower storage shelf features two lined fabric bins. And while bin colors may vary, we received a pretty blue color.

This easel is really neat. Our toddler as well as older kids (ages 9, 11, and 13) are all enjoying it. The extra playability by having dual sides is extremely nice. It allows for more than one child to play at a time.
