Spaghetti is a staple in many homes, ours included. Why? Because it tastes good and is easy to whip up on short notice! If your family loves spaghetti but is getting bored with the ‘norm’, there are ways to spruce this meal up! You could try this 3 Meat Million Dollar Spaghetti Recipe. It’s a great way to feed a crowd! Today, I’m sharing another spin on the classic spaghetti — we’ve got a Cheesy Spaghetti Bake Recipe for you!

Ingredients For This Cheesy Spaghetti Bake Recipe
- 1 1/2 pounds spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 spaghetti sauce seasoning packet
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- garlic salt and Italian seasoning for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the one pound ground beef over medium heat. (While optional, I do add 1 diced onion along with basic seasonings as I brown. — Onion salt, garlic salt, seasoning salt, and pepper.)
- Once done, add tomato sauce, 1/2 cup water, and spaghetti sauce seasoning packet to meat and stir. Simmer for 20 minutes. Set aside.
- While that’s simmering, break the spaghetti into thirds and cook the noodles according to package direction. (DO NOT OVER COOK!) Drain but do not rinse. Set aside.
- In a medium skillet, melt the 2 tablespoons butter over low.
- Add 2 tablespoons flour and whisk together.
- Gradually add the evaporated milk.
- Continuing over low heat, add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Continue stirring until fully melted. Set aside.
- Spray a 9×13 cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Layer 1/2 the spaghetti noodles. Top with 1/2 the meat mixture. Then all of the melted cheese mixture. On top of cheese mixture, do another layer of the remaining noodles. Then top with the remaining meat.
- Add an even layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
- Once cheese is bubbly and starting to brown, remove from oven and let ‘set’ for 5 minutes.
- Then enjoy!

Notes
This recipe can feed a crowd! We feed 2 adults, 2 tweens, and 2 toddlers with over half a pan left! So it'll definitely feed 8 adults when served with sides.

This recipe is great for feeding a crowd! When paired with sides, it can feed a lot of people! One pan, served with a side salad, carrots, and garlic bread as sides fed 2 adults, 2 tweens, 2 toddlers, and we have HALF left over!
