Do you make your own homemade baby food? This is one of my son Gideon’s favorite purees: Banana, Spinach, and Raspberry.
Banana, Spinach, and Raspberry Puree Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 medium-sized banana
- 1 cup of fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup of raspberries
Directions:
- Wash and dry spinach and raspberries.
- Put them all into a blender and blend until smooth.
- That’s it! You can freeze it in sections using an ice cube tray, or get some reusable puree pouches like we have for storage.
- Feel free to double or triple the recipe to have extra to save for later.

I have heard of several folks with young children giving this a try and seems to be going well. This seems to be a good method.
