What’s for dinner? This baked chicken spaghetti recipe (aka ‘Rotel Chicken Spaghetti), is an easy to make crockpot meal that is kid-approved!

With the start of any new school year, comes the extra busy schedules. But don’t let that deter you from having a home cooked meal as a family each evening! Instead, just adjust a little and plan ahead.
I often find myself unimpressed with many crockpot meals but was pleasantly surprised when I discovered this one awhile back. It’s REALLY tasty and almost all the kids love it too!
Ingredients You Need To Make This Baked Chicken Spaghetti Recipe
- 4 chicken breasts, raw (these CAN be frozen!)
- 1 can cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Rotel, drained
- 2 spoonfuls of jarlic (garlic in a jar)
- 1 block cream cheese
- 1 pound spaghetti noodles
- Kinders the Blend seasoning — season heavily
- cajun seasoning — season to taste preference
Instructions
****You can also choose to cook on low for 7-9 hours.
- Place all ingredients EXCEPT the spaghetti noodles in a crockpot.
- Cook on high for 4 hours.
- Remove the chicken breasts and shred. Return to crockpot. Stir.
- Cook for one more hour.
- As that final hour is coming to an end, cook one pound of spaghetti noodles according to the box. Drain (but do NOT rinse). Add noodles to the crockpot and stir.
- Serve!
This meal goes well with a side salad, veggies, and Texas toast.

This looks easy and delicious! I love Rotel! Rotel and Velveeta make a great dip for tortilla chips!
