Did you know that moms all over the globe are just plain exhausted? I don’t mean to sound cliche’. But it’s so true.
So as we start thinking about Mother’s Day, consider giving mom these all-natural homemade bath bombs so she can enjoy a relaxing soak in the bath!
All Natural Homemade Bath Bomb Recipe
You can also add a little pizazz to her personalized spa day at home by whipping up this all-natural homemade bath bombs recipe.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Citric Acid
- 1 cup baking soda
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 3 tablespoon epsom salt
- 2-3 teaspoons sweet almond oil
- 3/4 teaspoon water
- 10 drops Lime essential oil
- 10 drops Orange essential oil
The first step is mixing all dry ingredients in one medium-sized bowl. All the liquid ingredients (including essential oils) are then combined in a smaller bowl. Then, slowly pour the liquid into the larger bowl and whisk together until fully incorporated.
Once combined, use your hands to gently press the bath bomb mixture into your molds. We like to make a variety of shapes by utilizing bath bomb circle molds as well as silicone mold trays. Once complete, let the trays and molds set for about 3 hours to harden.
Gently pop your All Natural Homemade Bath Bombs out of the molds and allow them to dry overnight on a towel.
