Do you ever struggle to come up with meal ideas? I’m always on the hunt for great easy dinners for busy weeknights. I fully believe that a simple recipe can still be a delicious recipe!
We had a farmhand who worked with us for a few years in high school and then through college. When here, I always made him lunch, supper, and snacks.
One day, he made the comment to my husband, “Doesn’t Miranda ever make leftovers?” My husband responded that it’s against the rules to feed our guests leftovers!
However, that’s SO not true! I just prefer to repurpose the leftovers into something new the next day. So that way, we’re not doubling up the same meal all the time. I really try to not let much food go to waste and this is a great way to manage that. There are truly so many creative ways to reuse any meat you’ve made in different ways.
So today, I’m sharing a variety of ways to use leftover pork chops. Yes, you really can make a whole meal out of leftovers! Tender pork chops are super versatile!
